About Sean Hall
Sean is a Qigong and Tai Chi coach whose approach is grounded in firsthand experience with the healing power of movement and awareness. With over a decade of Qigong, Taichi and Yoga instruction, he blends body mechanics and energy awareness principles to help people restore balance and awaken vitality. Through simple, self-guided methods, Sean empowers individuals to reclaim their health and live free from chronic pain.Note: This workshop will be taught in English – and is free for AYA members only.
